No, it's either Motormania or Motor Mania. I agree with you that the lyrics are hard to find, but they're there (on lyricsvault.net - click on "lyrics" (on the left). Subsequently, you have to choose artists starting with R, and after that scroll down to find Roman Holliday. There's only one song to choose from next.). They won't let me copy & paste, so I have to type them.

yea none of these are it.....its like an 80's to 90's rock song....and it has the words "Motor Red" in the chorus

Only song I know like that is 'Sister Christian' by Night Ranger which ProsQtor already mentioned :)
"You're motoring. What's your price for flight" The way they sing Motoring, sounds like Motor Red
