Subject: Trying to find THAT song with THAT old sample

Hi, remember hearing a song once that had a sample from an old ad/radio/show that went something like this "I don't understand a word he's saying/I can't understand a thing he's saying". That's the only part that I vaguely remember, and also that it was a fast pop-ish song. Well I know it's a vague description but I sure would be a happy bunny if anyone could help me.
