Subject: lyrics: the Jimmy Carter version of Oscar Meyer

I remember from back in the '70's a version of the Oscar Meyer weiner song that went:
My country has (had) a first name,
it's J-I-M-M-Y,
My country has (had) a second name it's C-A-R-T-E-R (an added beat there)
--it's this line and the one after that I lose the lyrics--
And if they ask me why I'll saaaayy,
'cause Jimmy Carter Has (had) a Way of screwing up the U.S.A.
Anybody know the lines I'm missing?
