Subject: Need help with early 80s song

I seem to remember a video clip with a large number of elderly people playing instruments and it ended with one old man shuffling off into the distance. It was such a contrast to the emerging pop genre but very popular at the time (1980?) and certainly made the top ten from memory.
Can anyone help with this?
