Subject: I have an idea!

Written By: C.T. (Guest) on 01/02/03 at 08:00 p.m.

Hi guys, as a man eternally ensconced in the 80's, i had a thought about something we could add to the site. How about a board where we can submit or discuss memories of our favorite 80's music videos? I can think of tons we could talk about from "Video Killed The Radio Star" all the way thru to "Another Day In Paradise" (The decade's last #1 song).
Anyone want to try this? How do we ask the moderator about my idea? Let me know if this could work!

I've already looked through the 80's section of the site, and while there's tv and music sections, there's no pages dedicated to music videos  ??? I find that ridiculous since the 80's gave music videos their biggest push. You'd be hard pressed to find a decent video on TV today, especially since storylines and special effects have mostly been long since traded in for whatever has sex and shock value. Where are all the videos people can talk about?

And might I add, I've been making contributions to the site under "Nuclear songs", "Slang", and "Favorite Commericials" for the past 4 days. How long does it take to get that stuff on display?  >:( I listed my Favorite 10 albums and they were up in 24 hours. Can someone tell me what the deal is? Fill me in!

Your pal,
C.T.

That's so weird, C.T... Even when I log in as a "guest" my posts are shown almost immediately.  There are a bunch of threads in the 80s section dedicated to talking about music videos though, you just gotta look around :)

Hey there CT !

What they are saying is go over to the 1980's section, and "Start New Thread".

You can be sure people will respond to it

FB  ;)

Although are you talking about this site you are currently reading from, or another ?
