 ?? Mid 90's song, The artist or group is male, the video is of the singer in a telephone booth, a big plane plane also flys above at one point, the song i think has the same feel as The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony and Enigma( rock, electronic, emotional)
And I remeber the singer looked like U2's guitarist, the one who sings Numb

Hmmmmm...that sounds a bit like the video for "Standing Outside a Broken Phonebooth With Money in my Hand" by Primitive Radio Gods
