Subject: Hello from California

Written By: wndysbg on 05/06/06 at 8:03 pm

Hi everyone!  I am new to this site and I am afraid I am already getting addicted.  So far I have only checked out the '80's board which brings back my high school and college memories.  Great times.  Now I am looking forward to going over to the '70's board to relive some memories of my childhood.  Looking forward to meeting people and talking about some of the great things of the 70's and 80's.

[Giving wndysbg a smoking ghosttrap

(Imitating Dan Ayrkoyd) "Welcome aboard!"  :) (Ghostbusters reference)

The 70s and 80s... very popular decades to look back on. I was born in '86 but got into classic rock and "old" music when I was fourteen and saw the Styx Greatest Hits CD at Wal-Mart. I was familiar with "Mr. Roboto," if only because of the Volkswagen commericial. But in recent years "old" music really kicks new msuic's butt, ya know?

Welcome aboard and have soem fun! :D
