Subject: Nickelodeon Studios

Anybody remember this place. Supposedly Nick has packed up and left, and the former studios have been abandoned, padlocked, and have pretty much become a ghost town.
I remember visiting in 2001 while at Disneyworld and you could already sort of of see the place was neglected and falling apart. I imagine it must've been more vibrant in the early to mid 90's.

I just can't believe they closed it....I mean, why? Man...it used to be so popular...isn't that where they filmed, "Double Dare?". I wonder what they are gonna be using the building for? Gosh...those were the days. :\'(

They closed Nickelodeon Studios? Just another in a long line of horrible things Nickelodeon has done since 1999. We went there back in either 1995 or 1996 I cant remember which year exactly, but it was awesome back then. There were hundreds if not thousands of people there, and we got to see a taping of Double Dare. Good times :(

I know...it was a shock to me when I heard about it too. It used to be so thriving..and popular...and now, it sits vacant. :\'(
