Subject: Can Animals Really Talk Like Humans?

Written By: Indy Gent on 03/07/09 at 10:52 pm

They probably can't have quiet conversations, but the big controversy is if pets or other animals can say certain words like "Mama" or "Hello", and how are they producing these words. You can click on this example link on YouTube and judge for yourself.

That link isn't working for me.

As far as the title question:

That one is pretty articulate.

That link isn't working for me.

I tried the link and it gave me this message: "The URL contained a malformed video ID". I'll try another one.

Everybody knows that parrots and other similar trained birds can talk. I'm looking for animals that aren't known for talking, including other birds.
But this one is talented, and the trainer looked hot. ;)

I've changed the top link and it is working, but I don't know if it will stay that way.

Carly used to say "I love you"  she also used to cheer with me when we'd watch basketball.

I also swear she called me bitch once  ;D  She wanted to go out and I was busy hanging the laundry I yelled at her about all the shyt I had to do around the house and she said wrarw really loud and then went outside to sulk.  :)  Kinda wish now I'd put down the laundry and took her on that walk.

The day we moved to the place I currently live had been stressful day. I had one day to move. I put her in the yard at the old apt. but left the door open so she wasn't "alone" I'd started at 6am...by 8pm I finally got everything moved in...but not put away. Carly was part of the last 'load'

so I brought her in and let her get assimilated...she looked at me and I realized that I had ignored her all day so I apologized and sat down with her for a few minutes...she laid her head in my lap and "talked" for a good five - ten minutes... I had said to her "you had a bad day huh? Tell me all about it" and boy did she tell me!  ;D  Best dog ever!  :\'(
