Okay, Johnny's and Martha's were both excellent and well crafted, Rick's and Ethan's were both a hoot, but I have to give my top vote to:

Jan Unwin - Band Aids are Fun :)

Downloaded, read, voted, commented, and in one case searched through news reports. It only took 47 minutes! This isn't a popularity contest, it's a song contest, so I read the parody before I read who the author is. I'm gonna go with #9.

I had to choose between two of my favorite people. Jan and Johnnie. I'm giving it to Johnnie #9 because he was challenged to do something with an impossible song and turned into a wonderful rant.

I have a feeling this one will be a major sweep: Talkin 'Bout a Revolution #9. ;D

Shame I can't vote for 4 parodies, but I'm voting for my long time favorite parody, #10 Beverly Hillbilly Gates by Guy DiRito.
I really really liked these as well...Bettin' on the Reds, Burnin' Fridges, and Blow the Nation's Nose.  Tough choice!

I'm with Meriadoc on this one, folks!  Jan Unwin's "Band-Aids Are Fun" made me actually laugh out loud when I read it the first time, and it did again today!

So I'm happily casting my vote for:

I really liked "Bears," "Bettin' on the Reds" and "Bill Gates," but am voting for "Blowing the Nation's Nose," which is classic!

Wow!  Lots of good stuff here.  Surprisingly, some of the newer stuff I've never heard was excellent, including one which was a double DKTOS (don't know the original story either!) I'll have to go with #6, "Burning Fridges."  The visual imagery was great.  Hey, was there any macaroni in that fridge?

Yep, lots of good ones here... taken me a bit of trying to find originals as I didn't know more than half.  But I'm afraid I'll have to go for the biggest tit (oops, I mean hit) of the lot:

Boob Operation

I'm going with the Beverly Hillbillies parody as well.

Another great set of parodies. This is an excellent way to catch great parodies I would have missed otherwise, which is the whole point. After much deliberation...

uh-oh  :( looks like i somehow forgot to cut and paste that one i'm gonna make sure to double and triple check next time. Anyway since this was entirely my fault i think i'll make an exception and stick it into the next round
