I saw the news tonight -- oh boy!
Now that sounds like the start of a parody:
I saw the news tonight, oh boy!
The anchorman not wearing any clothes
And though the news was rather sad
Well I just had to laugh
At their newsreading "staff"
I saw the news tonight, oh boy!
Their luscious weathergirl was naked, too
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd not seen THAT before
But what the weather's gonna be - nobody there could quite be sure
And does it turn you on?
Woke up, got out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head
Turned on the telly for the news
What was that? Some naked thews?
Forgot my coat, put down my hat
Missed the bus while watching that
...oh, can't remember how it goes from there - anyone want to finish it off?
