Hey, it could be the dead guy's fault; maybe he realized he was gonna barf and stuck his head out the side window at EXACTLY the wrong moment...I guess if I were the driver's defense lawyer I might try to float that story to a jury.

And the guy is being held on $100,000 bail while a few protesters arrested in NYC this weekend are being held on $200,000 bond. What a country! What a message - drunkdriving/killing good, speaking out against government bad.
