Subject: How far can I go with a mature theme?

I'm currently working on a parody and would like to know
how much I can get away with using a mature theme.
(I know I can't be real explicit on this site, I talking about in a subtle way)
Does anyone know of any recently submitted parodies on this
site that use mature themes?
It would help me alot to see what can be posted.

Paul said rules were looser when he posted the parody of "Strong enough".
I have a plan to do two versions of the song, one subtle and one uncensored.
The song I'm making a parody of is "Drain you".
I'm going to put the uncensored version on whatfreaks and the subtle version here
on amiright. I just don't want the subtle version to be badly watered down(That happened
with my censored version of Token eastern song, then I found out about
whatfreaks, I put the uncersored verson there).

I'd change "gleefully" to "hastily". I'm sure there's stuff he's approved that he just hasn't looked at very closely. It works in our favor that there are so many submissions he can't possibly read them all.

That's exactly what network TV comedy writers do. They give the censors something to do in hopes that the "less raunchy" stuff gets through"

20 or 30 raunchy pieces? I'd be at the computer typing for about 4-6 hours!! :D

it doesn't seem to take that long for Malcolm to crank them out.
To be honest though, the reverse is true. If I notice one parody from a submitter that appears dirty, all of their submissions get the eagle eye.

I'm not that fast of a typer! It takes me about 15 - 30 minutes to
sumbit a parody on average. However, the lyrics that I'm in the middle of writing aren't
going to be x-rated(I save those only for whatfreaks); I just wanted to know what I
can get away with(I checked, and am not worried because my parody won't be raunchy,
just a little mature)

Don't be hating me! It usually takes me awhile to write some of my parodies,
so you would also have to take that into account and add that time into it.
I was talking about sumbitting finished parodies! :D

I just submitted three parodies today!
The "Drain you" parody is called "Catgirl".
The "School" parody is called "Who is Maiku's sister?"
The "Negative creep" parody is called "Anime geek".
The Drain you parody took longer to write
than the other two, but I made sure that
I had the lyrics I wanted.
I had to rework the School parody a little after
watching the anime that it is based on(Please Twins!). ;D
