Subject: Messing with parody submissions again

I changed the code for trying to catch the Microsoft "smart quotes" "feature" yet again. The script was not catching what it should, and screwing up what it shouldn't. Hopefully, this time, it will properly handle things, but I'm not 100% positive about it.
If you enter stuff like TM or other foreign characters in the parody submission, it will let it slide through, but might get mangled when it's approved.
