I must be such a loser for posting something for my own birthday, but JUNE 9TH, 1988, was the day that Matthias Stove was created, and entered into this sad, sad little world!!!

Don't know if you are as much of a geek as I, but I turned my creative writing degree into a pretty nice career writing software user manuals, online help, and the like. Not as "creative" as some other types of writing, but I keep that side of me happy writing parodies, screenplays, short stories, etc.

Happy Birthday Lo--I mean Matthias! ;) I majored in Computer Science (I'm a big fan of Rex's work :P ), but the creative writing classes I took were the most interesting classes of my college career (back in the early 90s...yes, they had college back then)

I was 18 in 1988. Somewhere on that date, I was working in a sheeshty pizza place and wondering how the hell I was going to go to college. Here's to your future days, hoping you don't make the same mistakes I have. ;)
