Harry Potter 5 will be released sometime in July 2007! If I write any parody about Harry Potter 5 anytime this year(2006), is it okay if I post it to a future Harry Potter Song Contest on the official date of "Harry Potter 5"?

Harry Potter 5 will be released sometime in July 2007! If I write any parody about Harry Potter 5 anytime this year(2006), is it okay if I post it to a future Harry Potter Song Contest on the official date of "Harry Potter 5"?
Since the rules to that contest are not yet written, there is no definitive answer. I'm sure if you decide to organize a Harry Potter Contest you'd be able to write the rules so that your entry will be eligible.

I don't really over see the contests.. the members who run them do...
