The following online 4-and-a-half-minute excerpt from the upcoming (September 2007) PBS television documentary, Louis Brandeis: The People’s Attorney, includes a slightly shortened version of my two scenes as New York State Senator William Armstrong (two hearing-room scenes during discussion of insurance fraud):

Wow, great head nod JD! ;D Seriously, I'm looking forward to watching the show, pointing you out, and saying "I know that guy (kinda sorta, in a web chatroom kind of way)". And if it's not too nosy, might I ask what your plans are for your acting career? Is this a move toward more involvement on the screen, or is the stage still your primary focus?

Thanks, Rex. The stage is still my primary focus - but if another TV opportunity appears unexpectedly out of the blue the way the Brandeis project did, I'd certainly consider it!

Congrats Johnny D!
As a fellow member of the stage, I'm jealous
