What if there's a "The" in front of the number? Does it still count?


"A" and "The" are exceptions, so if you have "The 21st century" or "A 4-hour trip" as parody titles they can be entered.

I recall also from last year Jeff's ruling that the one symbol you cannot start with (for this comp) is the "("
