Rules for this contest

1.  Any Performance submitted during May 2007 is elligible

2. All Entrants must enter by June 8, 2007 at 11:59pm

3. Voting will end June 31, 2007 at 11:59pm

4. All Entrants must vote and comment on the recordings entered by the above date

5. All SOTM entrants past and present  are elligible to vote wether they enter this contest or not

6. All ABC1,2 or 3 entrants are elligible to vote wether they enter this contest or not

7. Once you enter a recording contest, you are elligible to vote in future comps wether or not you enter

8. Failure to vote by the deadline will result in forfeit of your points

9. All Prior POTM entrants are WELCOME TO VOTE

10. Songs featuring different vocalists are ok, but the entrants will be listed based on their WRITERS

11. Once You've Voted, You can not change your vote UNLESS your vote was invalid

12.  In the event of a tie, the song with the most 1st place wins
       If it is still tied, 2nd place
       If it is still tied, 3rd place
       If it is still tied, a Tie Breaker for one week into the following month will be held
       The nature of this contest means that the top 10 spots will hold tie breaking procedures
       The same tie breaking procedures will appear for the POTY contest.

13.  You can't vote for your own song

14. You can't vote for another song more than once in the same contest

Though I may be sitting this month out (not decided yet), Performance of the Month includes any audio or video recording done by any AmIRight author.  Elligibility beyond that is only that it ahs to have been posted on AmIRight, which you did, so yes it is elligible.

Honestly, I'm not sure why not many non-entrants vote, the recordings are fun and it's never a big contest. . .but as per the rules I developed upon starting this contest ANYONE who has been involved in ANY contest on AmIRight is elligible to vote here. . .

A little trick for future use: you can grab the link from google, even when the site's not up (most times you can even check it's the right one by looking at google's cached version)...
