How does one post a song parody? I see plenty of voting threads, but no entry threads.

There are entry threads, the only ones I don't see that actually have "Entry" in the thread title is Ages. But if it's not the Voting thread, you can bet it's the entry thread. Just look around, you'll find them.
I believe the current entries are for Ages 11, ABC3 - Z, May SOTM, and BAD's (aka karaokedavid82's) Artistry Round 4.

It should be noted that although the Artistry is in its 4th round, you can jump right in the competiton even if you had not participated yet.
