Subject: FUCA award Winners so far

Written By: K1chyd on 07/09/08 at 12:44 pm

Being the instigator and all I've promised to create and maintain at least throughout the year a separate thread for the new SOTM medal/prize as voted to be "A medal /…/ awarded to the highest ranking parody which did not make the month's podium and is of an original song which has not previously earned any medal" and a list of the winners and those songs. In the long run maybe it somehow oughta be included in the SOTM medal thread maintained by Stu for combined access/overlook, in part or whole, but that's up to him to ponder the pros and cons of and in the meantime I'll gladly do it. As of August 01, 2008, the name is officially The FUCA (The Formerly Unplaced Contribution Award).

And here's the list of winners so far:

For clarity and ease of tracking, you may want to consider this. . .

It's easier to see that none have been missed in Word the all in way, mark the list, auto number it, if 160 OK.

But I see your point, and as the list grows it will get longer and longer...

Well, if I type it I think it shows up as a link

When you enter the 'hyperlink' it shows two tags using brackets located to the right of the letter P on the keyboard

the word URL appears in each of them

On the first url tag, put an = sign and then the addy you want to link to, all this should be inside the brackets

IE (Within the tag of course): url=http://link.to.somethingoranother.com

then in between both tags you enter what the user would see

(url=http://www.soundclick.com)Soundclick(/url) (replacing () with the appropriate brackets) would make the word Soundclick appear as a link, similar to the way the A tag works in HTML

You're welcome!  ;)

I Stickied this topic to keep the list up top for SOTM hosts and others to see the FUCA list, and it's previous winners--etc, at least so long as you are handling it Peter, that way no one has to search for it anymore  ;)
