SO, Beastie Boys, nice change of pace from the rock/metal rut we got stuck in for a few rounds. Could be tricky, though who knows?

Yeah sure, just submit the lyrics to the AmIRight page at The lyric submission page and then it can compete here.  Of course, a link to your recording is optional, but with your quality, I think a link to the recording will always be a plus.

The Artistry competition is always open to anyone, you don't have to be a prior contestant to enter.  The only rules for qualified entries are that the lyrics have to be available through amiright.com, The parody must be of a song by the artist (or any solo act by artists in the band) for the current round, and that everyone have fun.  Voting and such has it's own set of rules, but basically it's just that during the two week follow up period, everyone involved reads, comments and votes for their favorites minus their own, and I announce the winners based on those votes at the deadline.  Be happy to provide more info,  and always--always--welcome new competitors!

Even though I have a few John Denver songs behind me in my tool box, none of them are really all that good because they were written back when I was just a newborn to the site, and my grammar back then was terrible, so I most likely am going to write a new song for that round.
