I Would Do Anything for Love

You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth

Couldn't Have Said It Better

Two Out of Three Ain't Bad

Objects in the Rear View Mirror May Appear Close

I'd Lie for You, (and that's the truth)

For Crying Out Loud

This is only a place holder--this one I have a really good idea to I'd Lie for You (and that's the truth) that I plan to do. . .but have to get over whatever this is and find some time.  .  .fingers crossed

My thing is, my Wife's Secret Tale parody is a very interesting story--but gets mixed reviews on the comedy end (some people take it seriously) and NHL is Much More Than Fights is funny, but I just used a hockey parody (well it was actually a double-entendra parody using hockey terminology that past the surface had nothing to do with hockey) in a recent round.  I Would Do Anything for Cash is one of my more popular parodies and would probably do well, but I haven't written something in awhile.  While I am okay using Cash, if I can get this one out (and Matty you saw the title--it should be a good one) I feel it'd be nice to get the rusty mind working again.

Not sure how your response was corespondent with what I posted but I am glad you posted it because I was wondering why you didn't go with your classic. Your first epic challenge.

Collaborations count right? Because Meat Loaf was featured with Tenacious D in "Kickapoo"

If not here's my place holder

"I Would Live Anywhere On Earth"
http://www.amiright.com/parody/90s/meatloaf17.shtml

(I'm also thinking about one of Meat Loaf's songs that hasn't been parodied yet. Something like "Dead Ringer For Love")

No on Kickapoo, Matt you know that collaborations only count if the artist in question (Meatloaf) is the PRIMARY artist or is featured equally.  This song is almost entirely Tenacious D, and it does not reflect Meatloaf's work at all

"Dead Ringer For Love" that's a duet between him and Cher would work though?

"Elaborate Schemes Won't Do", a tale of overwrought planning never going to, well, plan, to the tune of "Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through", shall be on the way at a time!

I'm going to do a parody of "Not A Dry Eye In The House" called "Such A Rough Life For A Mouse" about being a lab rat and actually just a mouse in general...

I'm going to go with my classic Meat Loaf parody just because Batman is awesome!

There's also chocolate fondue, but I focused on the cheese. Let's be honest, chocolate is overdone. :)

Dannit Dannit Dannit--I forgot today was the friggin deadline--I'll still write my idea eventually, but I have no good reason other than being busy with the same stuff everyone else is (college and work) to ask for an extension, so I won't, I'll choose which of my parodies to enter when I post the thread...I just really wanted to enter something new here. . .
