I have always been a great collector of nostalgic photos/pictures/picture ads/postcards/etc....here's a place where you can post your own personal pictures from the past....or other neat nostalgic pictures that you've found along the way.

no, actually I haven't. I have a lot of old postcards, pictures, etc...I will have to scan them and post them here soon.

I wish I had a way to scan the Viewmaster disc thingies I have. When my dad worked at an elementary school in Watsonville, one of the older teachers gave him a Viewmaster and the discs from her childhood. The Viewmaster and stuff all had dates on them: 1947-48. They are way cool to look at, especially the ones of the World's Fair (?) in San Francisco.

Very cool! I have a few buttons I'll scan and post later. I'll see what else I can can find around here from my various collections that I might be able to scan, since it seems like I'm always starting new collections of something or the other. :)

I have another badge from the 70s, from what was once Marriott's Great America, but I doubt anyone outside of NorCal would recognize it...

Ok, here are the buttons I mentioned. The blue one got a little crooked during scanning. The info I got on it varies, from either 1968 or 1971, not sure which.
