Yeah, that's Ryan!  He is early 30s, Northern Irish, is portrayed in the show as the "Bad Boy" on purpose, but in "real life" he has an advanced degree in Accounting (different school/univ system than ours, so not 100% how translates).  Some question as to whether hetero or homosexual, but trust me, in MY fantasies, he is all hetero!  Oh, and did I mention he has an incredible voice (not to mention the Irish brogue)?  Solo songs in show:  Ride On, Desperado, Heartbreaker and great duet w/ Paul on That's a Woman.

I clicked on the link (thanks!)  That is the Dublin concert (I own the DVD).  If you get a chance, check out whatever songs you can by him or the group, but esp. his "Heartbreaker" and the duet w/ Paul.  What a blast!  It's great to see them have fun while they perform.  If you like drums, watch the video for Raggle Taggle Gypsy.  I love the vocals, but the drum contest at the end is great.  Bodhran vs. big drum set vs. bigger drum set.  The winner may surprise you.  ;)
