Hi Everyone!

As many of you know, I have been a fan of the late, great King of Pop Michael Jackson for a VERY long time. And in that amount of time--15 years in June--I have accumulated my fair share of memorbilia/collectibles/stuff  :D.

I wanted to share some of the cool things in my collection with everyone, if you'd lilike me to.

I'm asking ahead of time because I don't want to post a bunch of stuff and then no one looks at it, or is bored by it. LOL. (Posting pics, NOTHING is for sale)

I used to collect his pictures out of all of those teen magazines back in the early 80s, then I gave them all to my cousin as a birthday gift a couple years later.  Wish I'd kept them now, I'd love to send them to someone who appreciates it.

I was just thinking today about the most memorable thing I ever got for Easter.  It was a set of Michael Jackson stickers.  They were the puffy kind that were really popular in the 80's.  I wish I still had them!  :(

I have 2 copies of Michael Jackson's This is It movie. The white one is the plain one disc one (which I reserved a month in advance) and the black one is one my sweetie Dion got for me as a surprise. I'm the only one of my friends to have both copes. And there's my TII shirt.  :)

Don't feel bad about mistaking Cas for Michael. ALOT of people think he's MJ when he's all done up. He's so good that the real Michael Jackson used him as a stand in, in two of his music videos back in the 90s. The lightskinned MJ doll is my baby. I love that doll. I've wanted him for 11 years! And finally I got him!

As a big Jackson family fan I can really appreciate each and every photo you've taken. It's a shame the singles boxset didn't come with ALL the singles (Wanna Be Startin, Girl Is Mine etc) - it just looks a bit incomplete with only 20 cd singles.

@Robby: I'd like to have gotten all the MJ singles on vinyl. I just think it would have been awesome, but I know it's expensive. If I'm right, at the moment, the Vidionary set with all the singles is the most expensive MJ purchase I've made to daye. (Now at the moment, I am looking into MJ replica jackets so that might change! LOL)

I just got out of dialysis so I'm a little depleted now, but I'll ty to take some more pics tomorrow! I still have to hunt down all my MJ cds and pics and things of the sort.  ;D

Glad you liked it. Word of advice, whatever you do, DON'T buy the singles seperately, You'll end up paying through the wazoo for them because people are price gouging since Michael peaced out. The singles are supposed to be around 6 dollars apiece and I've seen them marked as high as 20 dollars each.

If you can find it, buy the entire boxed set. I don't know if the price has been driven up since Michael's death. But I bought it the day after it was released--in 2006 I think--for 150 dollars. Incredibly THAT is the most expensive addition to my collection.  :)

My friends think I spend gobs on Michael at once, I really don't. LOL. There have only been three times in my life where I've been in a "gotta have it" mood.

1--When Invincible came out in 2001, I was determined to bet a blue cover to the album. (it came in 5 different colors). The record store had 2 blue copies left and i snagged it. I knocked a girl over, but I snagged it.

2--When I got my light skinned Michael doll. I sat on Ebay for two days monitoring the bidding. I didnt sleep. LOL. Everytime it jumped, I threw in an extra bid. Got him for 70 dollars US. Which is silly for a doll. But I figure if Elvis fans can do it for one of those little red scarves he used to throw in the audience, I can get the doll I wanted since I was a child.  :) Dion thought I was crazy. But this is coming from a man who styles his hair like Prince every morning.  ???

3--Buying as many commerative MJ magazines as I could. Well my boyfriend actually paid for most of them--how I got roped into a pageant for this summer. Other fans were actually competing to see who could get the most magazines. There was 15 here, and 20 there. I shut it down stateside with 50. I got beat out by one girl in England, who had 56, but most of hers were foreign publications.

That's cool about the Smooth Criminal thing. I think Visionary is the only big boxed comp I have. I have a couple of other comps from Michael like HIStory and Blood on the Dancefloor. The most comps I have are actually from Prince because every so often Warner Brothers issues one. I think I have 3 or 4 from him.  ::) But before I buy Prince, I usually budget for Michael, and buy something, if there's something I want at the moment, and if there's anything left, Prince might   get it. Cause the minute Prince peaces out, and Dion goes to the looney bin (joking) , my Prince collection is FOR SALE.

I'm also looking forward to MJ's 3 disc dvd music video collection - that has a few early Jacksons vids, plus rarer ones like 'Say Say Say'.

Love the detail of that MJ figure, but the likeness is a bit off. His mouth isn't that pronounced. If I had the money - and that's a LOT of money - I'd get the Thriller one.

I'm also looking forward to MJ's 3 disc dvd music video collection - that has a few early Jacksons vids, plus rarer ones like 'Say Say Say'.

Love the detail of that MJ figure, but the likeness is a bit off. His mouth isn't that pronounced. If I had the money - and that's a LOT of money - I'd get the Thriller one.

I loved the Thriller doll the moment I saw him but there is one thing keeping me from buying him instead of the Bad doll. That extra head. I just have a thing against disemboweled heads and I just don't want the doll. I told my friend if I ever bought it to hide the head or throw it away.  :) My friend Jenn has this doll and keeps sending me pics of the damn head on her fingertip. LOL.

I still have to sort out my MJ collection soon,I keep forgetting.
