Subject: Screwball54's movie quiz. Please help

Ok this is not really a quiz per say, but I was thinking about this movie earlier and i cant quite put my finger on it.
This movie came out in the late eighties or early nineties, two middle aged guys are at a bar and one of them just gets back from the jukebox and says "I can't believe the music kids listen to today INKS what the hell is INKS", then the camera moves away but later in that same scene the guy says to his buddy "no INKS I -N-X-S". I think its a horror movie, but i'm not positive.
