I would hazard a guess that most were referring to the... Westlife version of the song when they thought that one up.

Actually, it was the original, but some have also listened to the Westlife version. I've never even heard of them. :-/

Music experts have no taste whatsoever. Especially DJ's who play the same chart-topping crap all day long...
NOTE: I don't think all music that tops the chart is crap. I, like many, have a wider musical spectrum (and upbringing) than most can dream of. If it wasn't for everyone else's judgement on a lot of the stuff I know, it wouldn't be for my listening more intently today.

I agree and diagree, Bobo. It's all a matter of taste. For some reason, the critics do not like sappy music. That doesn't mean you have to follow their advice. The stuff that they right, IMHO, is for amusement only and shouldn't be taken as the Gospel truth. ;)

I wouldn't call it a worst song either really! I don't know why, but I like it in a way! Probably beacuse my mom used to listen to it a lot when I was younger :)

I have to agree with you on that. And so does Felton and Fowler's Best, Worst and Most Unusual, which named it the worst rock song ever (albeit in 1976.)
