Subject: Name The Album From Clues (Clued Out)

Written By: lebeiw15 on 09/16/03 at 03:26 p.m.

Okay, if you thought the album covers were hard, then this might be a little more difficult.  I will describe an album cover and you tell me the name of the album and the artist.  Good luck and limit 2 . :)

1.  A man standing in a used car lot; his arm is resting on the top of a car.  He is smoking a cigar, wearing a striped tie, brown coat, and plaid shirt.  He has sunglasses on.  A greatest hits compilation.
Don Henley--Actual Miles (Kenny)

2.  This cover is mostly black-and-white, except for the band's name which is written in purple.  Pictured is a city street, and you can see a telephone booth.  The album title is written in green chalk next to a garbage can by the telephone booth.
The Spin Doctors--Pocket Full Of Kryptonite (Junior)

3.  Pictured on this album is a swimming pool.  You can see an overhead view of a diving board, with furry, white feet standing on it.
Sugar Ray--14:59 (Junior)

4.  Pictured is a tire.  The artist and album name are written on the tire.  The compact disc is also made to look like a tire.
Bryan Adams--So Far So Good (CeramicsFanatic)

5.  You can see a view of a city.  A plump woman is carrying a menu while holding up an orange drink.  The album name is also what it would be called if you had a morning meal in the United States.
Supertramp--Breakfast in America (CeramicsFanatic)

6.  This is also a black-and-white album cover.  A man is sitting on a bed while looking at a mask lying on the pillows.
Billy Joel--The Stranger (Billy)

7.  A woman is putting on lipstick/makeup while holding up a pocket mirror.  It is nighttime, which is obvious because of the dark room.  A man is hunched over near a window, and through it you can see hotels/apartments lit up.
REO Speedwagon--Hi Infidelity (Gwen)

8.  It has a purple border, with a very pale-white woman with black hair and red lipstick smiling.  Album title is three letters long.
Duran Duran--Rio (Kenny)

9.  Eight men (which are the band members) are painting their band name in yellow and red letters on a white wall near a window.  Most of them are hanging on for their lives on one of those swinging things that you stand on to paint things.  They are holding paint buckets. A policeman and a woman are looking out the window, scowling at them.
Chicago--Greatest Hits (Chicago IX)  (Gwen/Indy)

10.  Close-up of a face of a man with a mustache and glasses (although he doesn't wear either anymrore).  Several objects can be seen in the background (umbrella, balloons, hammer, dice, golf ball, red wagon).
Weird Al Yankovic--Dare To Be Stupid   (Junior/Indy)

Hi lebeiw!  These are hard!

I think #4 is Bryan Adams's greatest hits album So Far So Good.

Ooh!  I found another one I know!  #5 is Breakfast In America, by Supertramp.  :)

Hi Gwen.  You got the band name correct but there is more to the album title than that.  I would actually accept two answers for this one.

Sorry, #8 is wrong... refer to Kenny's answer.

And I'm afraid your big brother beat you to number six...
