Subject: Couple the couplets - two pairs left (clues)

There is a couplet from twelve different songs: the challenge is to pair them up and get the song titles.

...I've taken the "done" ones out of the way:

Clues on what's left - I guess it is the more obscure ones... in no real order:
a) Should be attractive with a stripy, equine face
b) They did a version of this song in French, called "Au suivant"... the band's initials are SAHB

#7 and #21 go together to make the first couplet in the story of Casey Jones, which I remember in black and white from my earliest days of watching TV as a kid...don't know who sang it though.
