1. "Movin' On Up" by Ja'net DuBois, theme for THE JEFFERSONS.  She also had an occasional part on the show.

and I think #3 was from MAUDE

#15 "You May be Right" was used in in another sitcom with Harry Anderson. Billy Joel didn't sing that version though.
