6. Alice - sung by Linda Lavin (song title escapes me...could it be "New Girl In Town"?)
12. Family Ties
20. Green Acres - sung by Eddie Albert & Zsa Zsa Gabor (I think)

Eitherways, it's the theme tune to Cheers (a wonderful program which has had me hooked ever since I skived off school to watch it), and its title is "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" and it was written by Gary Portnoy.
