I lot of these are familiar. But a few are obscure, having been played exclusively on AOR stations. So don't worry if you're stuck on a few. BTW, AOR means album-oriented rock. Limit 5 for now.

I think it was "Get A Life", which was on Fox in the early 90's.

Anyway---

#8 is "Eyes Without A Face" by Billy Idol.
#17 is "The Power Of Love" by Huey Lewis and the News.
#25 is "Santeria" by Sublime.

That's all I can figure out for now.
