Subject: Three-word Song Challenge (only1/2 left! - clues!)

Written By: Zella on 02/19/06 at 7:28 pm

Okay - here's a concept that I don't think has been done in a long time.

Name the songs that have the following sets of three words in them. The words are in the correct order that they appear in the song (altho' some may appear more than once if they fall in the chorus).

Note: These songs are all from the late 60s- thru mid 70s.

Warning: It is an eclectic batch! ;)

Clues now in red...

T76 2. planet, ocean, priestess   Life's a Gas - T.Rex

GY 3. fortune, tide, curtain  The Story in Your Eyes - Moody Blues

FBVP4. rooster, guitar, secretary  Teenage Lament '74 - Alice CooperThis Michigan-born rocker was known for his stage theatrics. The song has a year in the title.FBVP/???5. marquees, Vitamin-C, warrant  This band could said to be fronted by Roseanne's youngest son... ;)  ? ? ? - Grateful Dead
