#2 "Big In Japan" by Alphaville. I love that one; in fact, I heard it on the radio a day or two ago.

#8 "In A Big Country" by Big Country.

Those are my two...cents.

# 4  Big Shot - Billy Joel

The first one is correct. The second one I will give you, but I really want the original song not the parody of it.... :P

Hi....here's my two...

#5  Big Girls Don't Cry - Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons

#12 Bright Lights, Big City - Animals

Rats....I just noticed I missed out on my favourite AC/DC song  :)

Tsk! That's what they all say...!

#1 'Mr. Big Stuff' - Jean Knight (class tune)

6. He didn't say much, kinda quiet and shy  still looking for the original song as opposed to the 'parody'

It was ripe for 'parody' this one...there was another one called 'Small Sad Sam' by Phil McLean, about a guy stuck in a lift...

...but the original was 'Big Bad John' - Jimmy Dean (who apparently later became a 'big' name in sausages! Oo-er!)

that's right...some songs may be easier for some people than others...it all depends on what era of music they know best

11. Poisoned pen in hand  This short-lived group was fronted by a former member of Fleetwood Mac. The song title has a number in it.

Once again, based solely on hint :

"Big Town 2061" by Bob Welch & Paris  :)

The number bit certainly helped  :)
