8 for 8 Paul :)

I think that version I used of Sh-Boom may be the one by the Chords, but according to LimeWire, it is the Crew-Cuts.  I can never tell which version is which

Gae Garnett is Canadian by citizenship yes.  She was born I believe in New Zealand.  She apparently gave up singing in the 80s to be an actress.  She can be seen in a supporting role in the 2002 Low-budget Canadian film "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"

That one came as a shock to me as well.  When I was researching songs for this quiz, I saw the Canadian Content logo next to the chart listing for "This Flight Tonight".  I never would have guessed that was a Canadian song, let alone a Joni mitchell song.  Not really her style of music

I do remember seeing "Get it on Credit" in the video yes.  That's definately how you know they are Canadian and probably also the only International exposure Toronto got LOL ... "Drinking in LA" hit #3 in the UK and was their only international hit

The 1980 Loverboy LP also makes a brief appearance

I was waitin' for ya to get #49.  Here's some interesting trivia about that song.  For us Canucks, it was a hit in 1998.  In the US, it was their only hit, cracking the Dance Top 30 in 1999, and it didn't reach the UK until 2002, long after they called it quits
