Fortunately I know #9: "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin. (For the record, I even heard it on the radio about three hours ago.)

And everytime I hear that line, it sounds to me like "Julio Iglesias saw you" (even though I know that's not right, lol). ;D

I'll jump in... I know for a fact the other country isn't The Netherlands. Most likely, it's the UK.
