Hi all!  :)

Here's a short quiz that I've put together for your enjoyment.  Listed below are 16 lyrics which contain the name of a famous person.  It's your job to identify the song title and artist.  Most of them are quite easy, so I expect this quiz will go quickly!  :D

(As always, NO CHEATING, please!!)

1. "Puts on (Frank) Sinatra and starts to cry"
bookmistress (On And On - Stephen Bishop)

2. "...in a show with everything but Yul Brynner"
bookmistress (One Night In Bangkok - Murray Head)

3. "Scratches his head and does his best James Dean"
bookmistress (Jand And Diane - John Cougar)

4. "Glenn Miller's band was better than before"
Paul (Reminiscing - Little River Band)

5. "You like to drive like Mario Andretti"
ladybug (Good For Me - Amy Grant)

6. "I moved like (Jean) Harlowe in Monte Carlo"
Henk (I've Never Been To Me - Charlene)

7. "I feel a-tragic like I'm Marlon Brando"
Paul (China Girl - David Bowie)

8. "Got James Taylor on the stereo"
Gaylon (Rings - Cymarron)

9. "Pretending that you're Al Green, Al Green"
Henk (Goody Two Shoes - Adam Ant)

10. "...like (Frank) Sinatra in a younger day"
nally (Life In A Northern Town - Dream Academy)

11. "Nothing but blues and Elvis (Presley)..."
Gaylon

12. "Well I hope Neil Young will remember"
Gaylon (Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd)

13. "Andy Kaufman in the wrestling match"
nally (Man On The Moon - R.E.M.)

14. "We got back in the car and listened to a (Bob) Dylan tape"

Well I guess you did a good job stumping us then! That particular song seems rather obscure, at least to me, since I only know "Voices Carry" and "What About Love". :-\\
