Wow! Cheese fest! 1 to 5?

Brie 3 - okay (believe it or not) in sandwiches!
Blue Cheese 1 - horrible!
Swiss 2 - strange taste if you get a duff one...
American ? Not familiar - would this be like processed cheddar?
Mozarella 4 - the essential pizza element!
Monterey Jack 3 - nice, but don't really indulge often...
Colby Jack and
Provolone ? I must admit I've never heard of...will keep my eyes open for them...
Cheddar (sharp or mild) there is no, and I mean no point in a mild cheddar! To my mind, a good strong English, Scottish, or Irish is great - Canadian is fantastic!! 5 for all!
Gouda 1 - yeuch! Good for bouncing off walls!
Cottage & Cream cheese 1 - not my thing...if I want dips, I'll go for a garlic & chive...(fantastic with smoked salmon on wholemeal...)
Feta 2 - have indulged a couple of times - not too impressed...
Parmesan 4 - essential spag bol element...even the cat loves it!
Ricotta ? Have never indulged...

Why have I just grown whiskers and a big set of front teeth??!

Brie-Very smooth and creamy.
Blue Cheese-If you can get past the mold, it's great.
Swiss-One of my favorites
American-Good with burgers, hot dogs, or by itself.
Mozarella-Mellow and perfect on pizza.
Monterey Jack-Ole
Colby Jack-Twice as nice
Provolone-OK, but doesn't melt too good.
Cheddar (sharp)-Overrated
Cheddar (mild)-Ditto, but milder.
Gouda-It's good-a.
Cottage Cheese-Hated it at first, then got hooked on it.
Cream Cheese-For bagels and hard rolls only.
Feta-Salads is likely its only use
Parmesan-Great on all Italian entrees.
Ricotta-Similar to cottage.
