1. Can't Get Enough - Bad Company 4 - a classic no-nonsense rawk monster...
2. Show And Tell - Al Wilson 4 - mellow-ish soul number with rousing chorus...nice...
3. Come And Get Your Love - Redbone 3 - not as immediate as 'Witch Queen' (which was huge over here), but okay...the basic track was pinched by Cyndi Lauper for her 'remake' of 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' (a UK hit in 1994?)...
4. I Shot The Sheriff - Eric Clapton 3 - takes away most of the 'feel' of the Marley original, but more importantly, did bring Marley's music upfront to a much wider audience...okay-ish  version nonetheless...
5. Help Me - Joni Mitchell 3 - pleasant enough track, but not her best work...
6. I Can Help - Billy Swan 3 - country-boogie number which always sounded out-of-tune to me with that swirling keyboard...
7. Sha-La-La - Al Green 3 - not his best work, sounded a bit 'safe'...
8. Rock The Boat - Hues Corporation 4 - glorious piece of what eventually became known as 'disco', though no-one knew that at the time! Still a fine party tune...
9. Bennie And The Jets - Elton John 2 - never quite appealed to me (or a lot of Brits - as it was tucked away on the B-side of 'Candle In The Wind'), seems to plod along...
10. Midnight Rider - Gregg Allman 3 - fine stuff, didn't make the grade here, but incredibly a reggae version of it charted by Paul Davidson! Bet Gregg was pleased...!
11. Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd 5 - haven't we all heard it a thousand times? Don't know about you, but I'll have another thousand...! Brilliant stuff...
12. The Loco-Motion - Grand Funk 4 - looks totally impossible on paper, but this works! Great version...
13. Smokin' In The Boys Room - Brownsville Station 4 - another great rock-boogie number...
14. Rikki Don't Lose That Number - Steely Dan 5 - and the classics keep a-comin'...faultless song and performance...
15. Rock On - David Essex 3 - eerie, echo-laden number from a guy who had masses of hits here...
16. Midnight At The Oasis - Maria Muldaur 4 - laid-back number with a 'jazz' feel...numerous artists have tried it, but this remains definitive...
17. Kung-Fu Fighting - Carl Douglas 4 - from the martial art that gave us Bruce Lee, David Carradine and, er...Hong Kong Phooey! It was only a matter of time before someone wrote a song about it! Well-remembered piece of dance-soul, possibly a little bit frightening in places...!
18. Keep On Smilin' - Wet Willie 3 - pleasant enough, but not overly special...
19. Then Came You - Spinners & Dionne 4 - pleasant soul number, not the peak of both artistes work, though...
20. The B!tch Is Back - Elton John 3 - again, not his strongest...dear old Dusty Springfield's warbling in the background somewhere...
