Oh dear...this'll no doubt prove to the world what a big kid I am...!

He-Man/She-Ra 2, horrible ham-fisted cheapie animation (I believe they've bought a more 'polished' edition out now), but became huge with the kiddies with the amount of spin-off toys that was brought out...

My Little Pony 1, more cheapness...more big marketing...! My niece still has a shedload of these plastic nags scattered around her bedroom...she's 15, bless her!

Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers 3
Gummi Bears 2
Wuzzles 2
...were all Disney efforts - Chip 'n' Dale had more of the humour whilst the other two were possible marketing exercises that didn't quite catch on...special mention to the 'Wuzzles' which was narrated by the great Stan Freberg...

Dogtanian & The Three Muskehounds 1, terrible cheap European (I think) effort using canines in the Three Musketeers story...they must have thumped out hundreds of episodes as it never seemed to end! Rather annoyingly, I still remember the awful theme tune...!

The Racoons 3, was quite entertaining in its own strange way...best known for Cyril Sneer (a large pink aardvark...yes, I am sober!) Animation was a tad ropey, but not as bad as some - Canadian effort (I think)...

Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (to give it its UK title) 1, more stuff done on the cheap...seem to be threatening to make a comeback this Christmas (gawd help us!), there's also a more 'polished' version of this doing the rounds as of late...

Garfield 3, does well in strip form, but seems to lack something in the animation...not terrible, though...

Dungeons & Dragons 1, yes Billy, there was a cartoon - can't quite remember exactly when, but obviously when the game was popular...basically same old cheapie stuff...

The others are vaguely familiar, title-wise...but I don't quite know 'em enough to rate 'em...

My favourites came mostly from the WB department, as they had the more anarchic sense of humour...the top drawer 'toon being 'Animaniacs' (which I'm convinced wasn't made for children...) - the skit I remember most was 'Wakko's America',
where the character 'sang' his way through all fifty US states and capitals in about a minute...genius piece of writing...!

I awlasy thought Animaniacs was more for adults as well...it was very high quality cartoon......
and Im not gonna mention some obvious adult ones likes the Simpsons, the critic, family guy. clerks, and Futurama....

What about Speed Racer? or Space ghost?

Ah! That song was class. 'All for one and one for all, Muskehounds are always ready . . .'

Cyril Sneer was the main reason I watched The Racoons. He was an obvious baddie to start with but became more softer as the series went on. Yes it was Canadian.

Yes. I remember that. What was the tune he sang it to?

The only cartoon listed here that I liked to watch.  First saw it as a Christmas special before it became a weekly production.
