The Simpsons
I can't fail to love The Simpsons. The quality of the jokes and animation is beautiful. I have series 1,2 and 3 on DVD so I must love it - 5
Family Guy
A great cartoon. Has more of a harder edge than the satirical Simpsons but almost as good - 4
Futurama
This seems to lack the quick-fire wit. The characters aren't that great either - 3
Rugrats
I don't mind this 'baby's eye view' cartoon. Very clever in a non arrogant kind of way. Chuckie is a bit irritating though - 3

This cartoon seems to have an older feel to it, as if it should have been made in the 60s or something. Quite nice slice of life - 3

Insane cartoon that spawned a few imitations - 3

Blokes would normally hate this on principle but it is so funny. It plays like an ecstacy driven Batman episode - 5

So boring. Every cartoon seemed to be a repeat of the other only a different monster. 'If it wasn't for you meddling kids . . .' - 1

I liked the old cartoon rather than the darker Chuck Jones cartoons of the 60s/70s - 3

Alright. The ones with him and Yosamite Sam are the funniest - 3

Couldn't get into this one. This came out alongside a wave of 'cartoon characters turned babies' cartoons - 1

Tried to be too wacky. The conviction was never there for me. Though I did enjoy 'Wacko's America'.

Yogi bear, Huckleberry Hound, Auggie Doggie, Stop the Pidgeon and Wacky Races were great. Atom Ant, Ruff n Reddy, Mr Jinx and Touche Turtle were not quite so great.

FYI, Laff-a-Lympics was a Hannah Barbera show featuring three teams of HB characters: The Scooby-Doobies, The Yogi Yahooies, and The Really Rottens (The villians with Muttley the Dog as the team captain), that competed for Olympic medals in several wacky races. It wasn't really funny, and there was a different winner every week. (Of course, the Rottens only won a couple or so.)
