I've only managed to pick my way through one or two of these...I think I was born with taste buds that don't travel too well!

Apologies in advance if I tend to 'generalise'...

Like now, for instance...

American - being the huge country that it is, can someone give me a pointer here?!! I'd probably like it, whatever it was...

Mexican - never touch it...chilli plays havoc with my insides...

Spanish - 3, don't mind the odd bit of paella...

Italian - 5, whatever it is, is fine with me...

Greek - 3, a bit bland with some dishes, moussaka's okay...

French - 1, so much has been written about this country's cooking - personally, I think it's over-rated...I have had snails, nothing too exciting...

German - 3, some wild sausages to be had here! The beer's pretty good too...did the godawful sauerkraut originate from here? No wonder they've got no sense of humour!

English - 3, like Indy, I didn't think we had much by the way of cuisine...but I s'pose we gave the world the Roast Sunday lunch (I think!) - fantastic, if it's done right...

All the rest, i.e., Chinese, Japanese, Korean. Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, East Indian, Moroccan & Middle Eastern I've not partaken in...not that I've had no opportunity to, mind...
