Stunning slice of 'boogie-rock' with great guitar bits...mentions 'South London' (my birthplace!) which is worth top marks alone...

3. Romeo And Juliet 4
Great atmospheric piece...wonderful song too...

4. Tunnel Of Love 4
A tad excessive in the length department, but showcases some more fantastic guitar work...

5. Private Investigations 5
Didn't care too much when this first came out...it's only been over time I've actually realised what an achievement it was...stunning...

6. Twisting By The Pool 4
The follow-up to #5 and a complete change of pace! Fine 'rockabilly'-ish feel...

9. Money For Nothing 3
Oh dear! The 'Brothers In Arms' LP where it all started to go horribly wrong...a fairly pedestrian number...suited radio and MTV (obviously!)

10. Brothers In Arms 2
Deep lyrics, but has this uncanny knack of sending me to sleep...

Yeuch! Without a doubt their worst...(amongst what I've heard...)

Clever lyrics, simple structure and cool guitar playout, but just feels a bit... detached.

The guitar lick after the line about the hair is excellent, but kinda blah otherwise.

My fave!  ;D If you don't like the length, just don't listen to the massive guitar playout at the end. In concert, it took up half the song!

I've heard of #8 so I'll give it a 3---not bad but nothing special.
