Some people define music or bands by the guitarist they use.
Therefore, ergo and to with, rate these axe-men!

point of order? chris squire was actually yes' bass player, no? i'd definitely give steve howe high marks, though, and trevor rabin only slightly less.

He was both a guitarist and a bass player.
Steve Howe, Trevor Rabin, and Bill Bruford were primary Yes guitarists.

i liked chris squire's bass work (for a pick player); i wasn't aware that he played guitar.

i mean most bass players diddle with guitar but i wasn't aware he did it seriously...

He was mostly on bass, but yes, he did do guitar work.

Another axe-man ppl have asked about is Brian May.
I chose not to include him, because there are those rare few who need no rating.
Plus...I didn't think of him until after I created the rating roster. :-[
