Should it count with Mr. Steroid? Reguardless only one of three, along with: Hank Aaron and Babe Ruth.

Has it been proved he took steroids? If not then it should count. If it is proved then it shouldn't.
Mark McGwire took legal (at the time) substances. I think his still counts.
