Subject: Did Syracuse get a raw deal in that they didn;t make the NCAA Tourney?

In my opinion Syracus got jacked I men they finished the season 22-10 and finished 10-6 in their(Big East) Conference. Meanwhile Arkansas gets in and only finishes 7-9 in their(SEC) conference and also Stanford gets in with a 18-12 record? Whats your opinion did Syracuse get a raw deal in not making the NCAA tourney or not?
Anybody know the reason why Syracuse didn;t get into the tourney in terms of what the NCAA comitee said that makes the brackets for the field of 65?

Probably politics. The committee had to ensure that enough power conference teams got in, and also that enough midmajors got in (though not as much as last year). RPI was probably an issue too.
Syracuse probably should have gotten in over Stanfurd considering the Pac-10 drops off considerably after UCLA and Oregon, which are both inconsistent teams.
