Subject: Any San Jose Sharks fans out there?

Hi guys! I was wondering if there are any San Jose Sharks out there? Are you guys from San Jose and decided to root for the local team? Are you guys outside fans (like me, born in Arizona)? Why did you become a Sharks fan? I thought this be a great thread to have for just us Sharks fans :)
Here is why I became a Sharks fan:
- favorite colors are blue, teal, and orange (though my all time fave is yellow)
- favorite place to visit in California is the bay area
- one of my favorite metal bands are from the bay area
- my best friends are from San Francisco and San Jose
- love the atmosphere during the regular season and playoffs (especially the playoffs)!
- one of my favorite sea creatures are sharks
- sharks are my spiritual animal
- relatively young franchise that still has lots of room for making history
