Photobucket won't let you post pictures of babies in diapers because they consider it child porn.  I think it's really stretching it.  Don't be surprised if someone says it is.  IMO it's not.  BTW Karen's right the kiddo is adorable. :)

Totally agree. I guess the internet has made us more aware of paedophile activity and, as a result, we now live in fear of potential paedophiles everywhere. Paedophiles have been around since the dawn of time (for example, in the UK there have been plenty of cases where they have been finally bought to justice after thirty/forty even fifty years of their crimes). When I was a lad, I used to get the 'don't talk to strangers' message but it didn't stop us kids doing what we wanted to do and I think the power/freedom should be brought back to the majority (parents and children alike) instead of living in fear of the perverted few.

Anyhow, in short, Ninny, I don't believe your picture is pornographic in anyway at all and I find it disturbing that someone suggested it was.

I think there are very few true pedophiles.  The absolute taboo on nudity, the fear, and the paranoia has caused a sort of hysteria about "kiddie porn" to the point where they started arresting people merely because they had a few old pictures of children from nudist camps or something. 

On the other hand, my sister was "molested" regularly by her friend's older brother.  She was nine and the older brother was thirteen when he started feeling her up.  I did not know about this until a few years ago.  It did not traumatize her, it was just yucky.  She would have preferred the kid not do it.  She didn't feel okay about speaking up, and the kid who was doing it really didn't know any better.  Thus, I do think the greater awareness about respecting other people's bodies and boundaries has been positive.  That was the 1970s.  It wouldn't go over today.
