Subject: Soy Alert, Not a Rant so much but maybe an Alert for Others

Written By: jaminhealth on 12/15/20 at 1:56 pm

When soy came to the U.S. maybe 20 some  yrs ago I jumped on the soy milk wagon, I was getting off dairy and thought, this would be a good substitute....So I'm now buying soymilk and as weeks/months went on I had no idea the damage it was doing to my thyroid. Dragging myself into my chiro one day  I was telling him this and he went to his allergy test kit and tested me and sure enough, it was the SOY.....He said get off it....

Then I proceeded to do my research on the damaging effects of SOY and thyroid production was high on the list....

I avoid SOY  like the plague but I know it's in some processed foods, so as least I know  that....  A lot of companies do  label products with the soy caution, many don't I suspect...

I learned so much from the Weston Price Foundation.

Soy has been in the US for well over 20 years. Even Soy milk.

Are you referring to something else?

Soybeans were first grown in the U.S. in 1804. By 1907, there were 23 varieties grown in the U.S. Soy has been used quite a bit in the U.S. throughout the 20th century.
